Allison Liu Daisong, Song Art Foundation, Singapore
Allison Liu Daisong was the founder and MD of Song Art Foundation Singapore, and Vice President of Southeast Asia Ceramic Society (2014-2017). She is a Visiting Researcher of Shenzhen Technology University International Contemporary Art Research Centre. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. degree in Aesthetics in the Renmin University of China in the School of Philosophy, and holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Singapore. Her research focuses on overseas Chinese art masters and she has published books and papers on Asian art masters including Lim Hak Tai, Chen Wen Hsi, Cheong Soo Pieng, Liu Kuo-Sung and Yeo Hoe Koon.
Allison has been a speaker in many global forums in arts and asset management, invited by universities and banks in Singapore, and Chinese government, including: “Silk Road Art Forum” organized by Shanghai Municipal and Gansu Provincial Government, Lanzhou China, Sep 2015; “Alternative Investment Symposium”, NTU and National University of Singapore (NUS), Singapore Exchange, Singapore, Jan 2016; Art Forum of the First National Silk Road Dunhuang International Cultural Expo, Dunhuang China, Sep 2016; China Summit, Yale University-NUS Singapore, Mar 2017; The Island Art Forum of Art Basel Hong Kong, Mar 2017; Peking University International Doctorate Art Forum, Beijing China, Aug - Sep 2018. As a founding member of Global Legal Alliance (GLA), Allison was also invited to present at the GLA Annual Conference in Washington D.C. and New York city, USA in Oct 2018 on cross culture art asset management.
She has been interviewed regularly by China Daily Asian Weekly, Singapore Mediacorp Channel8, Lianhe Zaobao, Straits Times, Prestige Wealth, the Peak, and NTU for art appreciation and asset management.
