Building Collections: European Old Masters, offered in Mandarin Chinese, provides a timely, practical learning framework on collecting classical Western paintings, from the perspectives of art history, market and strategic collection building. Through 7 weekly lectures via Zoom, we will learn about iconic works and great masters from art historians, explore issues of connoisseurship with collectors, and understand the global trade of classic western art through the insights of Christie’s specialists.
